Runners Nay, not rum-runners! But we can’t run a successful Event without runners. When miscellaneous things that need to be taken to-and-fro in haste, it be the Runner’s job. Deliver ice to the breweries as needed, help find a lost what-ever, deliver messages, assist the Captain, etc. Common sense and urgency is needed

You can help ensure our Charity, 4 Paw 4 Patriots continue their success in pairing and training Disabled Veterans & rescued dogs by volunteering at our Event.

Requirements: • Come as scheduled and on time • Carry out your tasks efficiently and honestly • Commit time for the work • Accept guidance and decisions of the volunteer coordinator • Greet, talk, mingle with Participants when not working • Wear Pirate clothes or your Military uniform

**Position Filled ** Volunteer Coordinator **Position Filled** Good leadership skills required. Be the Captain of the Volunteers’ Ship. Serve as a primary point of contact for them. Grab the Helm and   make   sure   the   volunteers   are   doing   what   they need   to   do. Provide direction, coordination and leadership. Ensure each volunteer has an understanding of what their role is, where they are to perform it and how to complete their tasks. Coordinate lunch and rest breaks. Distribute their preferred reimbursements.

Set-up / Staging Do ye have a keen eye for details and basic construction and assembly skills? We need creative helpers to transform our Event into a friendly Pirate Port for families and a hardy ‘Me Hearties’ beer enclosure for the Craft Beer Tasting area. Will involve setting up props, tents, tables, chairs, etc.

Groundskeeper / Clean-up Arghhh! A clean ship is a happy ship.You will help in maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds during the Event by servicing the collection containers, keeping the grounds clean and our Captain happy. You may help to remove a slumberous scallywag if he be a hazard. Just jesting. We just step over them drunkards.

Parking Attendants(s) Parking   Attendant(s)   will   greet   Participants   by   offering   a   safe,   easy   parking   experience,   a   high- energy   welcome,   and   clear   directions.   You will provide directions & assistance to Participants in their vehicles as they move and navigate the back-lot parking in a friendly manner ensuring   order and safety. We can give you a flag to use!.

Game Hosts (Family-Friendly and Adult) Do   you   have   an   energetic,   cheerful   and   outgoing   personality?   Do   you   like   to   interact   with strangers?   Do   you   have   the   voice   of   Metatron?   As   a   Game   Host   you   will   run   one   of   our   fun Pirate   games,   ask   every   passing   visitor   to   play   and   interact   as   if   they   are   your   newest   best friend. MUST BE OVER 21 to host our Adult Pirate Games.

Whatever, Wherever Assistant May   include   helping   set-up   band   stage,   checking   ID’s   and   attaching   wristbands,   helping with   the   raffle,   help   at   the   Merchandise-selling   area,   whatever,   whenever.   Once   we   have a firm lay-out and agenda, most specific roles can be designated.
